Back from Singapore

Well I'm back from my week of shooting in Singapore and I have to say I am glad to be back home.

I think it is fair to say I was adventurous with my food while there. From the "century egg" (a totally black egg rumoured to be 100years old but preserved in vinigar and a total local delecacy) to the traditional "steamboat" which is basically a bowl of steaming water (oh so spicy) placed in the middle of the table over lit candles. You then help yourself to whatever you fancy throwing in there and they have alsorts from fresh shrimp to hotdogs to vegetables, every type of meat you can think of and ofcourse noodles. And the best thing of all is.......you can go back as many times as you want to refill your plate at no extra cost!!!!! Anyone who knows me knows that my food is THE most important thing to me so that was an perfect place for me!!! My alltime favourite food there though had to be the Duran which is the local fruit knick-named the king of fruits. The only way I can describe the taste is like a vanilla and banana and passionfruit smoothie it was devine!!!!!!!!! I would give ANYTHING to get hold of one here but you just cant get them outside of asia GUTTED!! And ofcourse the chinese dumplings and the wontons were THE BEST I have EVER tasted. I ate them every single day. Singapore is a gorgeous city and there is just so much to see and awesome nightlife! A major thumbs up for anyone thinking of going.

Anyway its great to be back in sydney and I've got straight back into the party scene Ive been hitting it hard for the last week. Lots and lots of partyin pics on there way so watch this space.......................
